"Your journey should leave a trail
for others to follow"
It was one of those things that you promise you will do when you are in a life threatening situation. The promise was to help others get through cancer.
But I want to let everyone know that miracles can happen if you are positive and truly believe - there is much more to all of this than just the doctors and the treatments. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer in April 2006 - I was given 2 months to live and then a 5% chance of living 5 years and that was five years ago April 18th, 2006.
Somedays I question why it was that I was put through all that I went through and I truly believe it was to give others hope and for that I am truly blessed. Miracles really do happen every day - some days we just have to look a little harder for them.
We Won The Battle
