Orchard Barn Wellness Centre
Susan made a promise 4 years ago when given 2 months to live—”Just let me live and I will open a Cancer Centre and spread the word for wellness and prevention” - and it was time to make good on those promises.” She also recognized the need for somewhere people could go for information and support for all cancers, and with the help of the Canadian Colorectal Association of Canada who will be providing much needed expertise for colorectal education and support, the B.C. Cancer Agency who is providing pamphlets and information for us on all cancers, and enthusiastic volunteers from the community, we hope to provide such a place.”

We have been amassing books on cancer, nutrition, health & wellness and people can sign out the books to read. We also have a great place for wellness discussions (support groups) and ask that if anyone is interested in attending to let us know.

Whether your a survivor of cancer, a patient, family member or friend going or having gone through cancer, just interested in cancer prevention, or experiencing stress; someone who has gone or going through a health crisis of any kind, or just interested in health and wellness in general; we want to hear from you and would love for you to join our wellness discussions and take part in some of the speakers that we might have coming through or the functions that we might hold.  Give us a call at (250)428-2470 or email us at suesangelnetwork@hotmail.com to sign up for our email list so that we can let you know what we are planning.

Illness is a mind and body experience and we hope to gather interest and support from both conventional and non-conventional practitioners.  Conquering illness is a balance between these two.

We were also pleased to have our friend Pat Bredt at our opening, who through her own medical challenges with heart failure, turned her condition around using conventional treatment as well as natural herbal remedies & supplements. Pat has since become a Nutritional Counselor & Cranial Sacral Reflexologist. Pat gave people attending the opening Compass readings and foot detoxes and everyone loved the experiences and talking to Pat about Nutrition and Wellness.

Pat has opened up a treatment centre in her home and she can be reached at (250)428-8444.  Pat's website is fullcircleherbalist.net
